This is a short live-action film following an object's journey, I have chosen to follow the journey of a letter written by a soldier in the trenches of the French countryside, all the way back home to a quiet village in Britain. 

This short film has been inspired by the brilliant stories in 'Saving Private Ryan' and '1917' combined with the visual storytelling inspired by The Walking Dead's webisode mini-series, 'The Red Machete', following the journey of Rick Grimes' famous red-handled machete.

With this short film, I aim to bring a bit of history to life in the form of visual storytelling, and I can't wait for you all to see it.
